Sometimes we need to help our customer with some advises. Today we helped our American customer-Gary. We wrote the letter to him and after he received this short letter , he called us and in conversation we explained him about the  character of Julia. Now they restarted their relationship.

"Dear Gary . I hope everything about you is good?! Yes, Julia has such a character. she gradually gets used to people and it is difficult for her to be active in life.
